
Alexey Krivitsky is a prominent figure in the Agile community and co-creator of Org Topologies. He has a diverse background as a developer, Scrum Master, conference producer, and speaker.
Krivitsky has been using Scrum since 2005 and is considered one of the first Scrum Masters in Ukraine. As an organizational consultant, Krivitsky focuses on building adaptive organizations capable of delivering customer value continuously. He is a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST), Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC), and Certified LeSS Trainer (CLT). Krivitsky is also known for inventing the popular Scrum educational simulation game "lego4scrum".
In January 2022, Krivitsky co-created Org Topologies with Roland Flemm, which is described as a framework-agnostic visual approach to communicate organizational development for digital product development. He continues to be active in the Agile community, offering training and consultancy services, and recently announced a free introductory webinar on Org Topologies.
