What is the format of the course?
You will work in teams and get assignments, you’ll discuss on real-life cases and work hands-on through exercises. The trainer is your guide while together we work through the content. Not the slightest risk for dozing off… 😉
Is this course for beginners or advanced practitioners?
Both!
If being new to Scrum, you will learn the basics about the framework with lots of real business examples.
Seasoned practitioners will get a refresh of the things that they have learned before.
What’s so great about the course is that it’s very interactive. Making that different experience levels are mixed into teams, and so you really learn a lot from each other’s experiences, challenges and questions brought to the table.
Is any prior knowledge required?
Not really. Yet attendees make the most of the class if they:
- have studied the Scrum Guide – available at https://scrumguides.org/
- took the free Scrum Open assessment
- have been on, or are closely involved in building or enhancing a product or service.
Will I receive a certificate?
Upon completing the course you receive a password to take the Professional Scrum Master I assessment.
You have two attempts to pass.
Pass this assessment and you receive the worldwide recognised PSM I certificate.
